2. General

We process personal data of our users only as far as necessary to provide a functional website and our content and services. Processing of personal data is only carried out with consent or on the basis of a legal permission (in particular Art. 6 (1) GDPR).

3. Server log files

When you access our website, our hosting provider temporarily stores information in log files: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, referrer URL, browser and operating system used. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable operation). Log files are deleted after a maximum of 30 days.

4. Cookies

We use technically necessary cookies to enable the shopping cart and checkout. These cookies are stored on the basis of Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR and are required to use our online shop.

5. Order processing via Shopify

Our online shop is operated technically on the Shopify platform (Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 2nd Floor, 1–2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, D04 XN32, Ireland). When you place an order, the data required for processing the contract (name, delivery address, billing address, email, payment data) is transmitted to and processed by Shopify. Shopify processes this data as a processor on our behalf (Art. 28 GDPR). The legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract).

6. Payment service providers

Depending on the chosen payment method, payment data is transmitted to the respective payment service provider (e.g. PayPal, Klarna, credit card providers). Data processing there is subject to the privacy policy of the respective provider.

7. eBay

Our inventory is synchronised from our eBay seller account. No data is transmitted to eBay when you order via our shop. If you purchase items directly on eBay, the eBay privacy policy applies.

8. Contact

If you contact us by email or phone, your information is stored to process the request. The data is not passed on to third parties. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

9. Retention period

Personal data is deleted as soon as the purpose of storage ceases. Statutory retention obligations (in particular under the German Commercial Code and the Tax Code, generally 6 or 10 years) remain unaffected.
